Hello, I’m Joelina Peck, founder of J|RA Consulting, LLC, established in 2024 and based in Gilbert, AZ. With over 20 years of experience as a Professional Research Administrator in higher education, I have honed my ability to solve complex challenges, foster collaboration, and provide tailored solutions that help both businesses and individuals thrive.

Throughout my career, I’ve led teams responsible for managing hundreds of grant submissions annually and overseeing multimillion-dollar research portfolios. This experience has provided me with deep expertise in research administration—skills I leverage to support my clients at J|RA Consulting, LLC.

In addition to hands-on experience, I earned my Certification in Research Administration (CRA) from the Research Administrators Certification Council (RACC) in 2009. I hold a Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Leadership from Arizona State University, graduating summa cum laude in 2022, and I’m currently pursuing a master’s in marketing at the W.P. Carey School of Business, graduating in 2026. As an active member of the National Council of University Research Administrators (NCURA), I contribute to the field by sharing insights and presenting on best practices in research administration — bringing that expertise directly to the clients I support.
